          i'm going to be changing my alias from leaflett to crunchywizard! odd, yes, but it's what i go by on my art tiktok - so i'm transferring the name to keep it all the same. just call me crunchy! 
          
           i'm not dead! i want to write! obv i can't say i will bc i have the literal WORST track record ... but i'm gonna hopefully force myself back into it since it's summer break for me (and i can't start studying for the MCAT until next month anyway) :) 
          
          persephone isn't really something i'll likely pick up again, as in it won't be a major priority. i started it in middle school ... and i'm a college sophomore now somehow? so it doesn't align with my identity, tastes, or anything anymore. i might still toy around with it because it's well-liked, and i miss writing it for everyone, but i don't think i particularly enjoy writing fanfiction anymore. most of my focus will be on reader inserts, i assume, if anything. 
          
          thank you for those who still read and comment - new or old, i love you all <3 i do feel super duper guilty abt everything, but i'm still figuring out my life! i feel so old :( i'm gonna probably nap after i post this and adjust my names, but hopefully i'll sit and write something after that. 
          
          please remember to take care of yourself! i'm labeling myself a grandma (even though i'm only 19 rn), so i hereby declare to dote on anyone who comes within a metaphorical 50-mile radius of my online presence. i love you, you're amazing, keep going strong !!

ok! sorry for the announcement, but for anyone who reads/read persphone, we have three options.
          
          1 - continue as is, but with (hopefully) consistent bi-weekly/weekly updates
          2 - rewrite the entire fic (wouldn't be published until all chapters are rewritten, as well as a new chap - or unless someone has another idea)
          3 - discontinue the fic as a whole (it would still be left up)
          
          i really hate to discontinue it, as i've grown pretty attached, but i started it so many years ago and tbh the style it started with is uh ?? questionable ?? so i'm leaving this partly up to anyone who responds to this! i've really loved reading everyone's comments, so no matter what, the original will be left up on all sites :) tysm! wishing the best <3

Hey I'm currently reading your book "persephone" and it's really really good the writing style and the beautiful lines are gorgeous, and I love the ramblings of the Mc and it makes her feel so real. You describe the setting and the world the Mc is in, is super detailed and easy to see yourself in. But I really can't wait on how the story progresses and Mc's family history because that's super interesting.
