Can someone help me I’ve got a friend who is self harming and barely brings food to school and I don’t know what to cause I want to help her so bad but I don’t know what to do

@lxrry____stylinson  hi, you don't know me... but I have some advice for you.  there is not really much you can do, but you can still help.  just ask her if she has something on her mind, and that is not really healthy that she is keeping her feelings in.  all in all just tell her, "if you need help I'm here for you."  -claire
