sorry for being unactive for the past weeks lately
i’m having another depression episodes / stages thingy. and i really need to take a break from social media. even though writing is one of my way to distract myself from crying or do such pointless thing, but i seriously feeling very tired now
i decided to continue writing my poetry on my special notebook. i only finished around 45 pages, so maybe continue writing in an actual book can actually help me
it’s okay to feel sad, to cry, to just avoiding things that over whelmed you. it’s normal cause everyone should’ve experience blue momments
if you’re experiencing the same thing, go talk with someone that you think might help you. or go avoiding negative things by exploring things in nature, treat yourself with some skin care, jammin’ to you fav song
