Wait in Steven universe Lars only gets turned Pink by Steven when he Died and He's alive but.. Rose has about 7 Lions and you see her petting one that looks like Stevens Lion he found-
Meaning that Lion died and Rose turned him pink to save him so that explains why He's pink
