Just got out of the longest reading slump ‼️
So the house of salt and sorrows by erin craig, omg, I loved it I loved it!! I totally recommend, erin's writing is simplistic but somehow so graceful??? it didn't have me reaching the dictionary a lot, plus the plot ‼️ just yes !!although I feel like the ending is a bit rushed it's a great book!

@idyllicsins the cruel prince is just breathtaking, the mood, the plot, the characters with all their flaws- and i appreciate cardan's character so much, especially bc he isn't such a badboy cliché, u know? like, bah, i'm so sick of those abusive fcks glad to hear that! it definitely is worth it and i don't even have words to describe its magnificence

I agree with all of that, holly black gave us a very realistic impression of a magical world, like obviously if recreational drugs like that existed in the real world it would obviously be misused by teens and adults!!
