So basically, Haily and Thomas met at school and stuff like that. Haily had a heart disease and she needed a transplant. No one had the same blood type except Thomas. In the end, thomas wrote a letter for her when she woke up. The letter states that maybe they'll meet in another time and stuff like that. That's really the most summarized thing i've done . Still confused? Just dm me:))
