Imagine being on call with your manz or Boyfriend and you get a text notification from your mom and your man gets mad and starts to think you texting other boys and so yall haven't talked all day and now that it's Night, you tell him goodnight to be a good gf like you added the 'I love you' with a heart and everything and he just gives you the driest goodnight you ever got from him and that he's really mad at chu and u start to overthink and is now on the verge of crying. HEHE yall, I think I need help- but ya that happened to me today..

@iheart_iaenya if a partner behaves in this manner then that is a them issue, not you. Sounds like he has insecurities, and is gaslightling. A relationship should be built on trust and honesty. That he acted like that, he has issues, not you. Your self worth, is something you should hold in high regard, do not let someone else devalue it. He may well apologies and come out with some reason.. 'Sorry but..'.. That doesn't excuse his behaviour. This may be one incident, or another, but that is not on you. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, so my advice is, don't compromise yourself, to placate him, if he doesn't trust you, doesn't treat you as an equal, then you need to put yourself first. X
