Writers block

I honestly don't know anymore....about my book.
          Is it too detailed? Too descriptive?
          :/ i need honest feedback
          My bf said im trying to hard when it comes to describing. But that's generally how i write... a lot of books lack descriptive language which for me- i find it hard to picture exactly what's going on...
          I imagine my book , and write my book as if its a movie(would be a dream come true to become one)
          But then again, my job is to please the reader...
          So please...comment... I need help.GIVE ME FEEDBACK.
          Untill then, ill put my book onto a hold. As there is no point me writing potential rubbish content. Ygm?
