            That's okay, I won't force you to talk about it. I know things must be really hard for you right now, but you're strong and you can get through this. No matter how severe your situation is, there is always a way out of it. You just have to find it. Don't be too harsh on yourself because that isn't going to help you in any way. Be good to yourself and take care of your health, both physical and mental and focus on ways by which you can feel better.

            it was the fruity four (so me, angel, ryan, and austin) and we drove to cali to meet a few friends and it was the most chaotic trip in all the best ways

            just think that maybe the next period of time youll be clean will be a whole two weeks!! a week is an incredibly long time to stay clean and you should be proud that you tried that hard for that long of time
