Hello, Can you please help me find a book where female character is named Charlotte and Male is named Christian ( I think ). In book one she leaves him when she finds she is pregnant with his child for baby's safety because he is in mafia without saying anything to the male lead. I think I read that story from your reading list but it was quite a while ago so I am not sure.
