ㅤׅ ‌‌♱ ͟.   I'M THE TEAM'S BEST HITTER ╱ in a fight, rory
            is the one everyone relies on. she reacts faster than 
            anything human should, anticipating movements 
            before they happen and redirecting attacks with 
            impossible precision. monsters struggle against her 
            not just because she's strong, but because she’s 
            unpredictable. it's like trying to fight the air itself. she 
            can pin something in place, disrupt it, or end a fight before 
            it properly begins. despite her easygoing, odd personality, 
            she’s her family's most effective weapon. the others 
            protect her because she’s young, but when things get 
            bad, she’s the one they step behind without hesitation.

♱ ͟.   ALL THE KIDS CRIED OUT, "PLEASE, STOP, YOU'RE 
            SCARING ME" ╱  rory's abilities don’t feel like powers she 
            switches on and off. they're constant, like background 
            noise in her existence. she moves things without thinking, 
            hears thoughts when emotions spike, and occasionally 
            slips into places she's never physically been. her reality 
            warping is subtle but unsettling. small distortions that 
            suggest the world bends more easily around her than it 
            should. sometimes she sees flashes of what hasn’t 
            happened yet, or alters something so slightly that no one 
            notices it was ever different. it’s less like she controls 
            these abilities and more like reality forgets its rules when 
            she's involved.

──  rory survived things no child should. things that 
            should've ended badly bent around her instead. every 
            time she walked away, it proved his belief that she didn’t 
            need protecting. she was the protection. so he let her keep 
            going. to him, she wasn’t fragile, but inevitable.
            ──  rory never stopped being a kid. not completely. she 
            still laughed, still made odd little jokes, still found wonder 
            in things she shouldn’t. but somewhere underneath that 
            softness is something trained too early. she doesn’t 
            always recognize fear as something she’s allowed to
            feel. she pushes through it automatically, because that's 
            what she was taught to do. and when she does something 
            incredible and something impossible, there's still a small, 
            quiet part of her that waits for that look. the one that says 
            she did it right. ( 2/2 )
