Iām not really familiar with how Wattpad works because this is literally the only story I ever read on this site, so sorry if this comment is misplaced, and I donāt even know if youāll see it at all, but I fell head over heels in love with your story and I have a LOT to say.
First of all, you need to know that this story is an absolute gem, not just on Wattpad but among all the other aot fics Iāve ever read, few can compare to this. \nYour prose is absolutely gorgeous; on par (or better) than many published books Iāve read. It is rich, evocative, emotional and very much fitting the source material. The characters actually talked in a way like I imagine they would in canon, having distinct voices and vernacular, which I really enjoyed. I usually dislike first person POV but this story made me reconsider my prejudices, because what you did with Juneās POV was brilliant. Your portrayal of the mental and emotional struggles of an outsider, a Marleyan at that, an enemy, was so well thought out, especially Juneās complicated and ambivalent feelings towards rhe members of her family. Her mother, who is mired in the past, in her bitterness and hatred towards authority who tore apart her family, the father who is a gentle and kind person at heart but has been tainted by a desire for revolution and justice, and a duty to his people ā so much that they both neglect their children who are both starved for love in a cruel world. And then thereās her brother, whose beliefs are a complete antithesis to hers from the start, who she yearns for throughout the story, only to find out he was the very person who betrayed them. And I loved the way June just couldnāt let go of her feelings because she kept being reminded of her parents and Zeke throughout the story, always stirring up a different set of emotions.
Regarding Grisha, I need to mention one specific passage I absolutely loved because I think itās one of the best bits of prose in your whole story.

As for future chapters, I have been updating the chapters nearly every weekend! In fact, this weekend, I plan on posting a whole new chapter! Through the editing process, Iāve been changing a lot of the story line (especially regarding June and Leviās relationship ;)) so if youāre not totally done with my story, you can check those out every week!!
The ending is another thing Iāve been considering a lot latelyā¦when I initially wrote this story, I was getting kind of bored with it because I didnāt like how I first wrote Juneās character, but now that Iāve essentially changed every character, Iāve been thinking about continuing their story. Because youāre right. Juneās POV in season 4 would be SO fun to write!!!! So keep an eye out if youāre interested; Iāll probably post an announcement on here once I figure it all out!!!
And this is my only social media as of now. Iāve considered making a twitter account related to my writing, but since I donāt have much of a following, I never really considered it. But maybe someday! If that happens, Iāll let you know!
But anyway, thank you so much for all of the support! Your support means literally everything to me and I hope I donāt disappoint with my future rewrites!!!
And Iād love to check out your AOT story! Iām always looking for a new fun distraction from classes and everything. Let me when or where itās published! Iād love to support your work :)
Yay! Thank you again <3

WOW!! I am so overwhelmed with all the kind things you said about my book!!!!! Words canāt even begin to describe the happiness and motivation your comment has given me!
Firstly, Iām so happy youāre enjoying my book! Itās always such a pleasure to hear that people actually enjoy what I make. Itās honestly such a surreal concept! And the fact that you put in so much effort to tell me how my writing has impacted youāI canāt even thank you enough!!!
I put in a lot of thought and effort into every part of my writingāthe characters, the events, and making sure everything sounds as authentic as possible while not straying too far from the original story. AOT is such an amazing story that pulls on very important themes that I feel are connected to our modern society, so incorporating the philosophical aspect of their world at large has been a really fun and creative way for me to express what I see in everyday life. But even when I write that stuff, I donāt really expect anyone to care or even agree with me, itās just a personal enjoyment of mine. So that fact that you not only recognized it but took the time to tell me how much you enjoyed my take on these dilemmas is really incredible.
Thereās so much more I want to say, but like you said, the Wattpad community boards are quite ineffective. So i hope Iām making sense!!
Also, thank you so much for acknowledging my writing improvement! Iām not one to take much pride in what I do, but I canāt deny how proud I am of myself with my own writing development. Your words and your time mean so much to me.

Also, I love the quotes you used to kick off each chapter. The Camus quote is one I specifically love and have thought about a lot with regards to AoT (and my very own aot oc and aot fic), but they were all fitting and thought-provoking.
The romance aspect of the story is built up really nicely as well, June and Levi have great chemistry and I really enjoyed your portrayal of him; he feels very authentic and true to his canon self and I was rooting for them to get together the whole time.
Also, regarding the rewritten chapters, I need to say that youāve improved so much as a writer when one compares your old chapters with the new ones. I donāt know if sou plan to rewrite the rest of the chapters, but if you do, Iāll look foward to them. I was saddened by the ending, and although I understand why you chose to end Juneās story that way, I cannot help but hope youāll change your mind during the rewrite because sheād be such an interesting POV during the events of season 4.
Anyway. TLDR; I adore this fic, I adore June and I hope to see more of your writing in the future. If you have socials anywhere else, where you post some of your other writing, I would love to follow you there too. The best pieces of literature always change something in the reader, and I think this fic changed something in me ā which is something that happens about once every year, or every few years, with fanfiction. Thank you very much for writing this and I hope this comment gives you at least a small fragment of all the joy your fic has given to me. (PS: I didnāt proofread this because Wattpadās comment system is abysmal, so sorry if this is brimming with typos.
