i dont think words will ever truly show how grateful i am for you and for having you in my life. life on earth honestly feels like heaven because i have you by my side. it feels like heaven because i wake up excited just to pick up my phone and talk to you all day until i fall asleep again. you’ve become such a big part of my days and my thoughts and my heart without me even realizing when it happened.
i don’t say this often, but there’s a first time for everything. you’ve taught me so many things, even if you don’t know it. and it feels kind of ironic to say because you’re younger, but you’re still so much wiser in ways that really matter. i learned what it truly feels like to love someone and talk to them every single day. i learned what it’s like to keep going through bad days and good days and everything in between because of you.
you made me a better person without even trying to. you made me want to be better, not just for myself but for us. and that’s something i’ll always be thankful for. having you in my life is something i’ll always appreciate more than i can explain.
i’m grateful for every conversation we have, every laugh, every serious talk, and every small moment in between. i’m grateful for the way you choose me and for the way you stay. two months with you already feels like something so special to me, and i can’t wait to keep growing with you and learning more about you and about us. i’m thankful for you today and always, and i’m so happy that i get to call you mine.
