To everyone who thinks that Christians are homophobic, we are not. We just do not support sin. Wether you want to argue with me or not, homosexuality is a sin. You can read 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 in the bible to read about it. I do not hate gay people, I just do not support their lifestyle.

@The_Gay_Rat_Uprising I understand that woman weren’t as respected as men back then, but the Bible is the word of God. There is no way God would have spoken against women disrespectfully. The bible does show men disrespecting women, but God would never do this.
But there are bible verses about men with men as well.
Also, you didn't answer about being homophobic. According to its definition, I'm not homophobic. I hope you understand this.
Did you read Leviticus 20: 13? It says, 'If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.'
          	  Romans 1:26-27

@FunDailyCatFacts I have done some research, and have found that it isn't the homophobia in the bible I should be talking about. The bible doesn't condemn all homosexuality, only between two women. The bible didn't say that men shouldn't be with men. I looked through these, the Leviticus verse says specifically that men shouldn't be with young BOYS, and Corinthians says that BOY molesters won't get into heaven. Notice how it says boys and not children or girls? That's because it's considered fine in the bible.
The bible is extremely sexist against women.
In the Bible's book of Deuteronomy it says that if a man marries a woman and then decides that he hates her, he can claim she wasn't a virgin when they married. At that point her father must prove she was a virgin. If he can't, then the girl is to be stoned to death at her father's doorstep.
If a betrothed virgin is raped in the city and doesn't cry out loud enough, then the men of the city will stone her to death.
In the book of Esther the king apparently decrees a sex contest among young virgin women to see who can best please him. He eventually chooses Esther. However, since women are viewed as inherently dirty, Esther must be "purified" for twelve months before she can be made queen.
In Romans Paul points out in New Testament Romans that "the natural use" of women is to provide men with sex.
A group of sexual depraved men beat on the door of an old man's house demanding that he turn over to them a male house guest. Instead, the old man offers his virgin daughter and his guest's wife: "Behold, here are my virgin daughter and his concubine (wife); let me bring them out now. Ravish them and do with them what seems good to you; but against this man do not do so vile a thing."
In Exod. we see that it is permissible to sell one's daughter but not one's son into slavery.
According to St. Jerome, "Nothing is so unclean as a woman in her periods; what she touches she causes to be unclean."

          	  There's plenty more.

Hey!

Could you please check out the books I've published so far? One is about the many suggestions I have for Christian music that replaces all sorts of secular music (you could also check them out and add them to your playlist)., and the other one is a fanfiction about a TV show - Ninjago- but I try to write it in a Christian way. I wanna talk about God to as many people as possible. Could you please help me?

          I thank you!!

And please take a look at all the gospel song recommendations I have in my book "Christian Music is Boring? Think again..."

          Thank you !!

          God bless you

Daddys_Cum_Whore

why do you think homosexuality is a sin?
The bible said "A man should not sleep with a boy as he would with a woman"
The bible was saying "ew pedophilia is bad" not "ew gays are bad"
Your basis to say that homosexuality is a sin, in itself is a sin. Discrimination is a sin. You are being discriminatory.

@Daddys_Cum_Whore "The Word of God is evident in its view of homosexuality. The most commonly quoted Bible verses are Leviticus 18:22 and Leviticus 20:13, which state that it is an abomination for a man to lie with another man as he would with a woman. In Romans 1:26-27, Apostle Paul says that homosexuality is contrary to God's natural order and results from rejecting God. Additionally, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 lists homosexuality as one of the sins that will prevent someone from entering the Kingdom of God. While the Bible is clear in its view of homosexuality, it is essential to remember that God loves all of his creation and offers forgiveness to those who repent and turn away from their sins." https://www.biblestudytools.com/

@Daddys_Cum_Whore have you ever read the story of Sodom and Gomorrah?
I'm pretty sure that it's a sin. And on top of that in Genesis it says made man for woman and women for man.
That doesn't say man for man and woman for woman.
