          Just letting you know, I haven't dropped this in the slightest. A lot of what I have been doing is in terms of structure for the plot in the series as a whole, and I want to ensure the next novels in the series will be just as good, perhaps even better, as they succeed the prior. I've been growing as a person and been searching for other inspirations in order to come back into actual writing full force. During this time of overal plot planning and researching, I've decided to completely draft the entire book before I begin publishing. I don't want to release something for the sake of getting something out there, only to change things when I realize its not how I want it to be. This does mean that this project will be worked on in the background for a very, very long time, so unfortunately I'll be disconnected from this for a while. However, this does mean when I do finally complete all my chapter drafts, when I begin to publish, the time between chapter releases will be much, much quicker as a result, in addition to changes being very minor and less impactful for you.

Chapter 2 of "Essence" is almost complete guys! It's definitely a long one, and one that I've spent a lot of time trying to get right, so I hope it meets or even surpasses your expectations. I hope to publish this Thursday of this week (5/28/20).
          
          As for the first chapter, there's some changes I'd like to make, I'm not very happy with it so I'll be fixing that up next. There's a lot of excerpts and descriptions I want to add, and lots of things I wrote I'm not really happy with.
          
          After both of these are complete, I'll be focusing on making the prologue! I had one before but it wasn't in the style that I wanted, so I omitted it. This will be a very long prologue like the other one was, but in a very different style.
          
          Once all these are done, I'll be continuing on chapter from chapter as normal. A little deviation of the original plan, but things happen. Alright, I'm happy to say that I've finally finished outlining the entire book of Essence! I had to take as much time as possible to ensure it encapsulated all of what I wanted it to, and though some of what it contains may change depending on how the writing process goes, or whatnot, from this point on writing should be relatively smooth now that I know where its going.
          
          This does in fact mean that the first several chapters will be re-written, so unfortunately they'll have to be unpublished. There's lots of changes I made to them (a lot). But from now on, you'll be able to see just how the story unfolds as I publish a chapter every now and then. I can't promise a certain time frame to completion unlike the outline because of how much work it entails, but I can say I'll be working as much as I can on it.

So there was a bit of a strange technical issue on how the book was on mobile, and to fix it I had to republish everything, which is why your newsfeed got clogged. I apologise for the spam.
          
          Since I'm already posting, I might as well tell you guys on what's going to happen with Essence. I will indeed be working on the book for a consistent basis from now on, though you won't see much progress initially due to the outlining I will be prioritizing first. I can only give a general estimate, which is maybe one to three months. When that's done, I'll be making the chapters like normal, but they should be pumped out more frequently and overall better written. When that's done, I'll go through revision, which the plot, diction, and grammar needs so much of. Then, I'll do a final sweep to make sure everything's good, and it'll be completely done.
          
          That's the plan. Though please note I don't intend to put this on a time crunch. Quality over speed and all that.
