Just people and their stories because you don't truly own anything except for your story and I think that's a very special thing. And you have to get your story out there because if you don't, who's going to remember your favorite flower or food? I also think the school system is stupid for forcing you to prepare for the future. You're always preparing for the next level and that sucks. What if you don't make it? You spent all of your life preparing for what never comes.  That's the sad truth- some people don't make it. So live your life so you dont have to say you failed to meet the "ultimate goal." The future isn't just when you graduate from college, it's tomorrow too. So many forget that.
