Justin Bieber's new tattoo is on his face
Justin Bieber had shaved off his dreads and all seemed right with the world. Until his latest Instagram photo revealed another ... bold decision on the part of the 22-year-old singer.
Just another moody selfie from the Love Yourself heartthrob, right? But take a closer look at that teensy speck underneath his eye and you'll see: Bieber's got a face tattoo in the form of a small cross.
Bieber's new ink reportedly comes courtesy of the West 4th Tattoo Parlor in New York City, where he and his friend Joe Termini got matching cross tattoos just below their left eyes on Friday. In an interview with Us Weekly, his tattoo artist Jonboy revealed what Bieber meant by getting the tiny tattoo.
“It represents his journey in finding purpose with God,” Jonboy said.
In an interview with GQ magazine earlier this year, Bieber said he would consider getting a face tattoo when he’s “really old, not super old, but maybe, like, forties or fifties or something.”
Apparently time travels faster for the Biebs, because we're pretty sure he's not in his 40s yet. Though maybe by the time he's in his 40s or 50s he'll start feeling Sorry about some of these tattoo choices.
