I think I know the answers to my question, I can't follow back who has a lot followers.I think wattpad is prohibiting mo to do it.
          
          I'm apologizing to those famous wattpad accounts that following me. But thanks for following me even I can't keep my promise to follow all of you.

I don't know why I can't follow back some of you, it always says that IM NOT ABLE TO FOLLOW IT but I will still follow you even wattpad doesn't want it, I will not stop until wattpad app allow me to follow back all my followers that unstable to follow.
