hey. long time no see. 
          
          i know ive been mia for a while, and i really apologize. the truth is SCHOOL. WORK. LIFE. it’s all been really tough to manage alongside chapters. i can’t believe how much my book has grown in the time I’ve been absent- we’re almost at 200k reads. i appreciate you guys so much for reading my work. 
          
          also, today is a special day. it’s the one year anniversary of yours. november 6th, 2020, i published the first chapter of this book. ive said this countless times before but yours was just supposed to be a stupid pasttime activity, something i wrote when i couldn’t fall asleep but now its become this. 
          
          and i love it, I love our little community we’ve created and it’s amazing. 
          
          i don’t know what this means for yours now. i don’t want to stop writing and leave you guys on a cliffhanger, especially after I had this ending planned. but school is very important to me, as well as this year being pretty tough on me when it comes to exams and tests, being back in person, all of it. 
          
          i really want to continue yours, even if it means slow updates. i would appreciate your guys’ opinion, would you be okay with slow updates if it means me completing the book? 
          
          as for zugzwang- i know that hasn’t been updated in a while. i do have a chapter in the works though, so look out for that. no guarantee it’s coming out any time soon but it’s coming.

i just thought about your book and how i havent seen it in so long but found your acct but i can't remember where i left off on yours :// but so glad to find you and the fic bc it was one of my favs

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for 100,000 reads on Yours for the second time. It’s crazy to me, I never thought after republishing that I’d be able to reach this huge number again. 
          
          For all of my new followers, I started Yours on November 5th (almost a year, whoa.) I’ve grown so attached to these characters and the story this past year, and I’m not ready for it to end. 
          
          As for the ending, it’s already planned out. The book will be about 60-70 chapters (more details when I figure that out) and it will be a standalone book. We’re at chapter 46 right now, so we’re not quite there yet but we’re getting very close. I’ll miss our Harry and Bella. :,)
          
          And to all of my followers that have stuck by me since day one, since I first uploaded that horrendous first chapter, thank you. My writing has improved A LOT since, but I’m so grateful that you guys decided to stick through it all and continue reading and falling in love with my characters.
