So update about my moving off of Wattpad. I have all my fanfics up on Ao3 already. I'm IndigoUmbrella there as well (just without the x). For now, my originals are going to be put up on Quotev (Indigo Umbrella there). I'm slowly getting them put up on there, but once I'm done, I'll probably delete them from here.
          
          That being said, I think I might actually just delete them entirely. I've always wanted to go into self-publishing and maybe this is the push I need to do that. I know my stuff needs a lot of work to get to that point, but I think I'd rather just publish than try to find a place to share them on the internet.
          
          I'll keep them up in the meantime, but I probably won't for long. So if there's anything you want to read, that's where they'll be.

Hey, so by now we've probably already heard about the new policy changes coming to Wattpad. I'm going to be honest, I really don't see myself continuing to use this site. I am a long time user (even before establishing this account), and it has definitely gone downhill over the years. This is really unfortunate as someone who also likes to write original fiction and has a lot of ideas for new things coming up. I don't know. Maybe this is the kick in the butt I needed to get down to actually rewriting for publishing. That being said, I'm not going to be continuing anything I've already started on here. I don't see the point if they're likely to get purged. However, I am still active on Ao3 and will continue to be. If you're looking for my original fics, I'm looking for an alternative site to host them before I take them down. If I don't end up just archiving them until I'm ready to publish. You can follow me on my social media accounts if you want an update about that. I'll make a more comprehensive post once I have things figured out. Thank you!

Hey, so I can't update today! Whenever I try to publish, Wattpad forces me to redo the story info. And when I do that, it just kicks me back to the draft and then errors out. I've tried 4 times now with no luck. I updated on Ao3, but otherwise, I'm not sure when I'll get it published on here.

Update! I'm going to be moving my stories back into public mode (idk what it's called). I am still working toward getting some of these stories published, but I still want them to be available to read in the meantime. The AI stuff is still a problem that I am very afraid of, but I don't want that to prevent me from doing the things that I love and enjoy. I'm not sure how long they'll be up for since my plans to self-publish are also up in the air at the moment. But they will be up for now and I will update future plans later. Hey everyone! Just as a general update on things, I have been thinking about temporarily moving all my stories back into drafts. This is 100% the result of all the AI scraping that is happening on the internet at the moment. I fully intend to rewrite my stories for self-publishing and I'm afraid AI will throw a wrench into that plan. As much as I wanted these stories to stay up for everyone to read in the meantime, I don't want to risk having my works stolen and used without my consent. I am 10000000% against AI as both a writer and an artist and the rise in scraping has been devastating to me emotionally and for my future plans. I don't know if I will end up putting them back up. But we can thank the AI bros for that. Sorry and please reach out to me if you'd like to read the story or discuss it. I'll post another update once I know what I'm going to do permanently.

Up until this point into no fan fiction has ever left me so invested in a character's journey and left me in tears. You indeed are a fantastic writer that evokes so many emotions while never falling into a story that ever represents a cheesy picture-perfect love story.  Hope to read many more of your stories, I just finished From Darkness, and you've left me speechless. I can't wait to see what you create in the future surrounding it if you choose to continue it. You deserve so much more praise and support, your abilities are astonishing. Finally, I'm sorry to hear about the loss of a loved one due to Covid 19. The times that everyone faces right now are unprecedented. Take all the time you need to reflect and mourn the loss. The most important thing is to take care of yourself. Hi! I just want you to know that you have an amazing talent! I read the whole series about bucky and it's one of the best I ever read so far! You have an ability to give the characters depth and personality, your books are never cliché or a simple remix of the movies or of the comics. Your readers can follow the whole character development of the characters and the plot is amazing, full of twists. I wish you had much more readers because your work deserves to be read and appreciated much more than it already is. I read your message about losing someone because of covid and I'm so sorry about that, I understand you need time for yourself to heal. But please, please, never give up on your talent, you could go very far with your work. I wish you the best.
