@ indirys  yeah, it seems like it, i think they’re called "Kuru' or kurus" (the braid) and by the way Quaritch screams in the trailer after she forces him to his knees it seemes that she will have a hold of him probably until spider gets killed and comes back again (as seen in the trailer with him being covered by the roots of a tree of souls) maybe that is what finally turns Quaritch around and off Varangs hold, to see the miracle of Eywa saving spider, that may make him see pandora as something truly alive and not just a place to exploit but i am making a reach. (There is still another movie to come so..)

@ghoulglow from what I've seen it appears varang unconsensually forces her people to form bonds with her via the neural queues as a way of garnering intense emotional loyalty and manipulation
