Do I truly deserve this pain?
When the flower blooms and then withers, does its stem feel pain?
Does the stem deserve this?
When the sky breaks into rain, does the cloud ache?
Does the cloud deserve this?
So when a lover ignores the other's wounds,
does that lover deserve the hurt they cause?
I have borne it all.
Pain no longer lives inside my chest —
my heart has closed.
Where have you gone, my companion?
The one who broke my heart — this pain is hell.
