          I’ve decided to focus on writing an original story that could actually become reality. It’s a project that I’ve worked on sporadically for the past four years and I think it’s time I actually dedicate myself to it, if I want to become truly published. 
          
          That being said, I’ll be spending less time (if any at all) on any fandom related projects and on here. (I haven’t been here for a while and had 300+ notifs.) 
          
          That means Wages of Sin and Ruination. are on hold. Along with what I said previously, this is also due to the fact that I have not updated them for months. My motivation and interest toward them has dropped severely. I honestly haven’t thought about writing the next chapters for them at all. 
          
          I did like the ideas, so there’s a possibility I could come back, if only for short chapter updates. Sylas and Andrei may also return in original stories. 
          
          If I do publish anything else on here, it’ll probably be short stories, one shots, or brief updates with no schedule whatsoever. 
          
          I love writing, and want to make content for people to enjoy. I did like my fics and the other ideas I told anyone about. But for now, I’m going to focus on something that is entirely mine.

          There was a time that Tom Riddle would have been able to save himself. When he could have pulled himself out of an ocean of secrets, darkness, and eternal life. But the promise of power demands a sacrifice. And so he allowed himself to drown. He filled his lungs and descended into a place that he would not be able to return from. 
          But in order to get there, he had to stand on the banks of the sea and look into the beckoning waves under a storm filled sky. He had to walk forward under the cold of sin surrounded him. So how did he get to the sea? Why did he accept his sins and give in to the temptations? It's a lost memory... to all except him.
          
          *ੈ✩‧₊˚ Wages of Sin follows a young Tom Riddle as he slowly descends into what would be called madness. As he loses himself, he finds himself paying the wage of sin. It follows his fourth to seventh years at Hogwarts, as well as times post graduation. It will be written in two point of views, revealing his inner thoughts and just how far he is willing to go.

          I think I'll publish a new fic by the end of this week, if all goes well! Details to come once everything is a little more planned, but I will say that it focuses on a young Tom Marvolo Riddle.

          it is said that they both have blood on their hands. with one on trial and another locked away, the deaths that follow them are still close, barely in the past. with the promise of being locked away looming over them both, they must make their own decisions on what they will do. it is the beginning... the beginning of fighting for their lives.
