Synopsis:
When Kuma starts on a new path looking for adventure, this isn't exactly what he had in mind.
Wanting an escape from his life of nobility and away from his controlling parents, he goes on a journey of self-discovery. Only, when he joins the quest of a pirate Captain to claim a magical artefact written into legends, he doesn't expect to be swept away in matters much greater than himself and his inner turmoil.
Separated from his childhood best friend, on his own adventure into the royal magic academy, Kuma finds it exhilarating to learn about his world and form his own opinions of it. But wishing to reunite with his best friend might come at a cost when the meaning of their meeting changes into something much more serious.
A journey of self-discovery and coming-of-age meets magical pirate quests and a dark secret threatening to plague the very world he had just learned to love. Can these unusual band of heroes come together to put right what's been wronged?
