          for the past couple months or so i kinda just found myself going on this app for the sake of keeping this dead horse beat [ LMAO ] and tried to update anyone who cares about my life [ and try to update my shitty book no one cares about ] but yeah! i guess this is it! don't really wanna make it a big deal since i might come back eventually if 2020 gets me REALLY bored [ a chance that is slim to none, knowing me ] but other than that, ill be leaving wattpad!

ive taken some time to reflect on fanfiction and idk why but its never cross my mind that "smut" plays a huge role in the sexualisation of not only fictional characters but real life people. in a sense, i can understand where fans are coming from when they write smut. everyone gets horny. it's normal. but from now on, im going to keep in mind that not everyone would like smut written about them. the topic has completely changed my perspective on it, i have personally decided i do not want to include smut in anything i write. i will also try my best to refrain from reading smut about real people [ but of course, it'll be hard removing every smut book from my library but i won't be commenting or indulging on smut] as i just feel like its hyper-sexualising humans who haven't consented. i will be deleting any smut i have written.
          hope you can respect my decision! [ also feel free to leave your opinion on this topic as its a very difficult subject to address all in one comment ]
