•Make sure to use high vocabulary, for example, use "going to" instead of "gonna" even if a character is speaking. •There needs to be more description or else it feels like they're just words on a screen and not characters. Try to make it feel as human as possible. Readers love a character they can relate to. •Make sure to remember the situations your characters are in so it makes sense for the reader, especially when you're transitioning a scene over mulitiple paragraphs. And in general, remember keep in mind the events of your story, past, present, and future. •Put emotion into your characters. Example, would Gaara would've really shown Sasuke his cuts just like that? Or would he have been hesitant. The human mind naturally gives us different feelings from different things, and there's bound to be fear there. You should express this with words. You are the author. Well that should be it. I really hope I helped! And I look forward to future conversation between the two of us. You seem like a very approachable person who shares some of my interests and I would like to get to know you!

Hello! My name is Skyler and I noticed you followed me recently! And I couldn't help but see that you asked for writing tips in your bio! Well, I've got some for you! And before I give them to you, I want you to know that I am not judging you in a bad way. Constructive criticism is almost always essential to any good artist, writer, musician, or anything along those lines. •First off, a word of advise. "Please read my books, vote, comment, share" is actually a way to lose followers and readers. It makes you look desperate for attention and a lot of times, people don't want that so they probably won't look back at your profile once they click away. •Use paragraphs in your writing. It's a lot easier to process and it's undesirable to just read a huge chunk of words. Imagine having a children's book, given to you but all the writing was in one huge chunk in the center of the page and in small print too while there were no pictures. •Don't use the parentheses to tell something about a character. It eliminates the flow of your writing and make it choppy. •Be more descriptive (about character's pasts or reasons why characters do something or even the characters themselves, describing appearance or personality) •Again, use paragraphs when you're writing ESPECIALLY when someone is talking, it makes it a lot easier for people to understand •Correctly place quotations: [✔]→ "Hi! How are you?" [❌]→ " Hi! How are you?" The correct way is easy to read (if it's correctly spaced in another paragraph as well) While the wrong way causes a confused reader, especially if the quotation marks are touching a word that's not in the quotation. (There's another message coming since I ran out of room on this one)
