You guys, I have HUGE news I can finally share. My book 'Against All Wheels' made it to the Wattys Shortlist!
          
          *screams into a pillow*
          
          When I first got the email two days ago, I was so stunned I just sat there, mouth hanging open like a goldfish. Then I nearly screamed but since it was 1AM, I had to muffle it into a strangled gasp that probably sounded like I was choking. Truly, an underrated talent.
          
          Honestly, I had submitted the story and then totally forgot about it (classic me). So when the email popped up, my brain short-circuited. I stared at the screen, wondering if I was getting scammed, while the moon outside my window looked like it was rolling its eyes at me. Until the official shortlist dropped, I kept thinking it was too good to be true. But here we are. It’s real. It’s happening.
          
          I am beyond happy, so grateful, and honestly a little teary that my book got picked in such a competitive competition. To every single person who read it, commented, saved it to your list, or voted - you are absolute legends. This is as much yours as it is mine.
