the pet to his jaw wasn't minded and was instead welcomed as his eyes breifly closed in content with a small hum emitting from him〝  i'm happy that i was able to improve your mood.  it's relieving to know you're able to relax around me ＂ gloved hands moved to rest along the other's waist,  giving each side a gentle squeeze while pulling eustolus closer to him

              ⠀།  ︲   ᆢ⠀ @frigidsnow ，  the kiss placed closely to s knuckles made him smile. ⠀"  so adorable.  i can't get my hands off you if you appear like this to me,  how unfair.  " ⠀as much as he'd like to restrain himself──he could not help but pet the underside of the hybrid's jaw. ⠀"  my day?  oh,  nothing but annoyances.  my thesis isn't even done.  however,  my mood has..  somehow improved.  all thanks to this large kitty ∼  " 

〝  it indeed was.  but you being here now is what's made my day better ＂ eustolus' hand was gently taken into his grasp before a kiss was placed on the back of it with a smile〝  now then,  tell me about your day.  i'd love to hear how you're doing ＂

〝  you're the one allowing it ＂ he countered back with a smile before their lips crashed together,  managing to get a small groan of surprise out of zakhar in the process.  the hand that once was pressed against eustolus' chest shifted to now rest along the expanse of the other's neck all while making sure his grip never tightened.  their shared eye contact remained present as zakhar's thumb softly pressed onto the blond's adam's apple,  allowing the hybrid to boldly deepen the kiss after the parting of eustolus' lips

  ⠀།  ︲   ᆢ⠀ @frigidsnow ，   was that a mere graze?  seriously?（..）eustolus did attempt to hide the discontentment he felt,  but it was clearly spelled out to his expression─╌  lips thinly pressed. ⠀"  cheeky one aren't you?  " ⠀a gloved hand grasps the fabric of zakhar’s garment,  eustolus wasn't the kind to be patient—  he's more straightforward with what he wants,  and that little gesture provoked him.  without wasting anymore time,  the bunched fabric in one's hold hoists him into a deepened kiss that screamed with unconditional desire.  the cerise pools remained open,  almost sternly to gauge the teasing hybrid's reaction.  the kiss began slow,  rough..  intoxicating. 

〝  i think my height is perfect for occasions like this ＂ he spoke in a playful yet hushed tone as their foreheads lightly bumped upon zakhar leaning down towards eustolus.  their lips remained apart,  yet brushed ever so slightly against each other teasingly so,  just enough for the hybrid to take ahold of the laser pointer once it was loose from the other's hold and pull away〝  hm,  i'm not sure what you mean.  was there something else you were hoping for?   ＂ he asked,  pretending to be oblivious towards the blond's intentions

〝  it was no trouble at all since i was given the day off from work ＂ he reassured with a smile〝  truthfully,  i wasn't sure what i should give you initially.  but i do enjoy cooking,  so i decided on sticking with making you something by hand instead of buying it ＂ the nape of his neck was sheepishly rubbed as he looked at the blond

  ⠀།  ︲   ᆢ⠀ @frigidsnow ，  eustolus fully turned at the mention of the packed meal,  and he felt..  well,  happy.  but also,  he felt awful.  he's acting so childish again it's no excuse at all. ⠀"  you didn't have to,  " ⠀softened the blonde,  now taking the container. ⠀"  you said you're busy but..  you still made the time to make me one.（..）thank you.  and,  don't worry,  i'm not picky with food so i'll definitely enjoy it.  "

〝  i brought you something to eat.  a proper meal made by me that should be enough to keep you full while you work ＂ a neatly wrapped container was removed from his other side and held so eustolus could easily see it〝  i figured it would be the better choice to give you this instead of something inedible.  please be sure to tell me if it's to your liking ＂

〝  i'd say that was quite the fruitful interaction ＂ zakhar commented after they left the small flower shop,  his tail swaying in satisfaction as he now held both bouquets so eustolus didn't have to hold anything.  they made a short walk to where the large staircase of qlipoth fort began,  zakhar handing the bouquet of flowers he chose to one of the guards and requested for them to be given to bronya on his behalf,  before once more turning back to eustolus,  still holding onto the bouquet the blond was offered earlier〝  if you'd like,  i could make us some dinner back at my place.  is there anything you're specifically craving to have? ＂

" ⠀he raised his tone,  even more annoyed than ever because if it wasn't  /that/  obvious for him?  then of course,  he'd lose his patience.   the saleslady of the flowershop merely stared at their  ..  well,  bizarre conversing.  in fact,  she even  'offered'  a free bouquet for them to help them out. ⠀"  fine..  i guess you have your point..  " ⠀he muttered,  now picking out the bouquet the saleslady had readily given. ⠀"  these are ball peonies,  and they're very special for couples.  i hope you to have a wonderful date ahead.  " ⠀the blonde accepted the bouquet,  and coughed embarrassingly enough to clear the atmosphere. ⠀"  my apologies for the disturbance.  thank you..  "

〝  would you like for me to take you on a proper date then?  or is that too soon for your liking? ＂ he asked with a smile,  him not being the type to beat around the bush when it came to speaking about his own intentions〝  i may not be fully accustomed to what others would do,  but i am always willing to learn if it'll mean your enjoyment is prioritized ＂
