            ➥  Observant, calm, confident, intelligent, thoughtful, caring, protective. Stubborn, stern, a bit cold. Quiet. Hardworker. Can be easy to anger due to slight anger issues but he does his best to not immediately jump to being too angry at someone.

            ➶ Each morning, he awakes exhausted and in pain. Sometimes he awakens with scars or covered in blood. 
            
            Being older he’s still reserved, observant and at times stern and cold. But he does his best to stay calm, collected and thoughtful, kind at times when he can be. 
            
            It’s a burden to wear the crown and his brother at times offers to take his place. But Artemis always refuses that and assures him, it’s fine. He doesn’t want his brother to bear that curse like him, like their father.

            ➶ growing up, his father was a rather strict and stern man, not easily impressed by much but he still cared for his father and was rather protective.
            
            It was well known within the family that a generational curse was passed on to anyone in the family that bears the crown upon their head and is crowned as a king.
            
            A curse that burdens them with transforming into a beast, a creature of the night. Cursed to roam at night and kill anyone in sight including family or friends.
            
            Most didn’t  know why that was happening to the family because despite the personality of the father at times and how the older twin; Artemis; was always rather quiet and reserved, seemingly cold. The family was well liked, they were generous and kind and helped out their people from time to time unlike most.
            
            
            One night, with no time to shelter herself. She made sure her sons hid well and in that time they hid. Their father, a murderous beast of the night came in having offed guards that were guarding the room well to protect the family. 
            
            In the end the mother was killed. The father? Ambrose? He later couldn’t bear with the guilt, the pain. He ended his own life in the end out of that grief, pain and guilt.
            
            He knew one of his son would wear the crown and be cursed like him. But they were well prepared.
            
            Artemis being slightly older out of the two twin brothers. He was more mature, responsible and studied well to eventually replace his father. He knew it was coming
            The curse. So for that reason when he was crowned at 14, he well prepared himself to be outside of his kingdom. Protect others and leave himself alone in order to protect everyone, protect his only living relative that was alive; his brother.
