maria's fist pounded at the door of her sister .. "come on !! we're going to be late for our movie !!" she bounced on her feet both worriedly and excitedly .. the latest disney movie had come out ,, and the two were the last in the family to watch it due to their conflicting schedules .. she knew the family wouldn't be able to keep quiet for long ..

“i have the family’s VIP card so we can get snacks and drinks ,, and i packed us a blanket and ear plugs since it’s so cold and loud all the time ..” ahhh ,, classic maria over-packing for everything .. she was indeed lugging around a small suitcase with her that held two blankets ,, four sets of ear plugs ,, cash (( just in case )) ,, and a few extra things .. “the uber is outside already !!”

"relax, i'm coming, i'm coming!" maia huffed, quickly slipping on her black flats before standing up, running her hands through her hair. she quickly looked herself over before opening the door, greeting her sister with a smile, "let's go."

MAIA WAS DRAPED OVER ... the edge of the bunk bed in the hades cabin which she shared with one of her sisters. the girl hummed under her breath as she read the book she held over her head. she wasn't much of a reader, but she couldn't say no when her aunt annabeth shoved a book into her hands.

MAIA DI-ANGELO SOLACE WAS NOT ... the most keen on loud places, so how she'd ended up at this party... she had not a clue. she fished her phone out of her pocket, brown eyes flicking around the crowd as she took a shaky breath in.

            “well, i’m not sure throwing you into a party without any backup was a great idea.”  andrea’s redden lips pursed in thought, looking at her sister’s outfit.  “but you look good!  hey — wait..  is that my dress?”

at her sister's voice, the panic washed off the girls features slightly as she lifted her brown eyes, which were decked with black eyeliner and a bit of golden eyeshadow, to meet her sister's. she tucked her hands into the pockets of her black jumpsuit with a quick shrug. "dad made me come. said he wanted me to be a bit more social." her eyes flicked around the venue once more, "i highly disagreed, but i came anyway."

            andrea was dressed in an emerald knee-length dress, heavy green eyeshadow on her eyelids.  when she came back from dancing, parched, andrea was surprised to see her younger sister.  “maia?  i thought you didn’t do parties,” she called out, noting the panicked expression on her face almost immediately as she walked closer.  sometimes being a healer had perks.  “maia, what’s wrong?”
