2 saat harcayarak yaptığım yemek tabağı. Kremalı mantar ve karides sote, patates püresi, haşlanmış ve soslanmış brokoli ile havuç, son olarak çipura.

          Çipura'ya 420 lira verdim, balık fiyatlarına şok oldum. 28 liraya koca dilim somon aldım daha çok şok oldum. Temizlenmiş diye aldığım kardesin bağırsakları duruyordu, bok yememek için ince ince onunla uğraştım. Neyseki delirmedim ama 1 saat falan sürmüştür. Neyseki sonumda afiyetle lüplettim. Hepsinin tadı da çok güzeldi. Ellerime sağlık.
