okay this is weird but does anyone know how and where to get tested for adhd? i don't think I can go find one psychiatrist in my locality who would take me seriously plus convincing parents who won't believe in mental health problems is like totally disastrous. this is such a shitshow and chances are no one is gonna see this but i had to try anyway cuz im gonna go insane either way lol. anyways, if anyone knows and anyone who comes across my account randomly and sees this message pls lmk how to tackle this clusterfuck of a shitshow. thanks!
