I acknowledge that I'm a manipulator. And I'm not saying it for attention, but I genuinely have some issues. I just caught myself manipulating a couple weeks ago actually.
And it shocked me, because I don't do it on purpose & my mom keeps telling me how I'm very manipulative.
Not only that, but I lie a lot for no reason.
And idk but I've manipulated everyone I know at least once, without even knowing or realizing.
I am the problem.
And I'm acknowledging it.
Do yall think I need help or is it something very minor?
