Hi there Readers and welcome to my profile!

I work as a designer and SEO specialist, but had a longtime dream to become a writer. As I have been writing a lot of optimized content for websites, landing pages, and salesletters, I thought that the time had come that I'd try to become "a real writer".   How do we get people to start reading again? Maybe short stories are the answer, because people's attention spans seem to become shorter and shorter. 

I am planning to publish my short stories here first and hope that both fellow authors  and readers will help me on my writing journey. I am  inviting you to give me your honest opinion about my writing and to give me a response on the challenge (puzzle, riddle) I will pose to my readers in each story. I am currently planning a series of short stories to be published over the next months and will share at least the first one here. That story, by the way, will be the first story for which you, my readers, could get a dedication. You will be mentioned (I will dedicate the story to you) if you send me the correct answer I ask at the bottom of my first story. 

I was asked to design a new deck of contemporary Tarot cards, which I found to be an eye opening task. Presently I am about half way and the new Tarot manual to go with it is nearly finished and will be sold on the regular book sites (it's not exactly a short story).
