can i just say that punctuation is still extremely hard

I am a firm believer in the idea of "not reading for my health" and this is why I find myself crying over stories at 2 am in the morning.

I saw this video once and it said "Why do people listen to sad music when they are sad?" I thought about it and I listen to sad music because it helps me amplify my emotions, it helps me connect with them more. It allows me to release my pent up sorrows. How sad.
