          Yes it is a nation, a most censored one....!!!
          Okay let's take a familiar example
          China..
          Well all of us know about some of its tactics..
          But I recently realised that in all of it's speeches in the UN whenever they were asked to surrender their vito (for the sins they have done and in their language they are bogus sins), they always deviate the blame towards the firewall of china(you can say it is official censor board of china). China always mentions that firewall is responsible for whatever information is being censored whether for the nation or from the nation.....
          And yes you might also notice China never openly gave a statement about its relationship with Taliban, lashkar and even Pakistan ( i mean partially with Pakistan). In UN confrences when it was alleged to have relations with Pakistan (in the very same confrence where Pakistan's relation with lashkar was proved). China just stated it's all about two nations (Pakistan and China). All the information is strictly confidential kept by firewall of china. They also stated that presently government has no clue.....
          
          Okay okay... I get it
          So just let me know who is running firewall of china???
