I need help finding a book it’s something like

‘Harry and Nick were dating but broke up at a party or prom and he met Louis who saved him I think from 3 guys

then his mom who I think is a lawyer or social worker and takes in Louis so he wouldn’t go to jail

(I think it was because he was going to go to foster care)

then Harry and Louis start hanging around louis starts going to Harry’s school and they went to a party

Harry catches Niall having sex with Nick and he gets upset

And Louis is stealing things to try and make money for his dad’

How do yall keep yourself motivated like I have so many books I wanna write but too lazy

girl_in_dirty_vans

Motivation? Never met her. She’s flaky, unreliable, probably drunk. What you actually want is discipline + dopamine. ✨ A few tricks:

            	•	FLOW, baby. Your brain loves that sweet spot between “too easy = boring” and “too hard = panic attack.” Set tiny challenges (one scene, one para) so you stay in the zone.

            	•	Chunk it down. Big goals make your amygdala scream. Small, achievable steps calm it down and trick you into progress.

            	•	Reward yourself. Dopamine is a hoe — pair writing with coffee, music, or a snack so your brain links “typing nonsense” with “pleasure.”

            	•	Rituals > vibes. Same time, same place, same playlist. Your brain is a dog — give it cues and it will start salivating at the keyboard.

            	•	Self-compassion. Beating yourself up kills creativity faster than Wattpad deleting your drafts. Talk to yourself like you’re your own chaotic bestie.

So yeah, stop waiting for the muse in Dior and just lure your brain with crumbs.

Hey! I saw you’re into Larry fics (great taste btw), and I was wondering if you’d maybe give mine a shot? It’s titled Saints & Sinners.

It’s chaotic, emotionally feral, and a little too obsessed with rooftop drama, sex club symbolism, and the absolute mayhem of unresolved feelings after 15 years of sneaking around. There’s banter, smut, trauma, lace, fake calm, real meltdowns, and a very wet infinity pool scene. Basically: it’s a love story. But unhinged.
