Ivanna Villanueva was a UM student and professional content manager, chef, small business owner, and a social worker. She is all set to open a restaurant "Bread Cycle" in Miami along with husband and professional chef Nelson Javier Fernandez.

Ivanna has received the degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. They are skilled in advance gastronomy, nutritional concerns, restaurant operations, innovative food preparation, health, beverage and food management service. 

Her hobbies include Golf, varsity lacrosse and soccer, raised money for autism research, and acted in school plays.
