          things my parents are not strict on: me staying up all night and forcing my sister to do the same so that we can watch a meteor shower at 3am on a school night...

check in on your friends, if you can. open yourself up to the people who care about you, invite them in. this is such a difficult time and everybody is struggling in one way or another. a simple "hey, I'm here if you need anything" could make a world of difference.
