Hello. In case you haven't noticed yet, it's been, like, 3 millennia since I uploaded a new HC23 chapter. The process of uploading new HC23 chapters might take a VERY long time to complete since I get the motivation to write only in short bursts of time that don't last very long. I promise I'll have it done eventually, though.
