I mean in different way as in that since Izuku reached singular point of one for all that he can communicate past user. If hypothetically speaking if another user has it than that person can most likely communicate with his predecessor or current user as well giving them both telepathy with one another. So that why maybe both know each other thoughts like mauler twins except they can literally telepathy one another give one for all nature.
