I like your intro.
Thank you for following me. I am a voracious reader. Since I learned to read, it becomes a habit. Then after I graduated in elementary, I learned to compose verses both in English and Filipino. I have a pile of notebooks which were filled with my notes and verses. My favorite English teacher in my sophomore years in highschool inspired me to write more of my poems. But she criticised my penmanship which she said was like 'kinalahig ng manok'. I agreed with her criticism. Sabi naman ng tatay ko para daw sulat doktor ang sulat-kamay ko. So, I tried to adapt my strokes with a classmate who's penmanship was almost a lettering. When I graduated in high school, I was the one who was entrusted to do the letterings announcing our graduating ceremony. Since then, everybody seemed to admire mya penmanship.
Practice makes perfect. But perseverance pays.
I am not a talented writer. But I believe I can write. Thank you for following me. I hope my stories don't disappoint you. Happy reading.
