best thing ever happend today. i ordered a signed jacob bertrend photo and they did the signings the other day. he forgot to put my name on the photo and he felt really bad so the director of the compony called my mom and jacob insisted that they send me another signed photo from ralph. they ended up changing it and now ill be getting the singed jacob photo and a signed ralph and william photo. this was the best day ever.
