Jacqueline Valencia is a Toronto-based experimental poet, writer, film journalist, and film critic. Her work has appeared in various publications including Lemon Hound, dead g(end)er, The Lit Pub, The Barnstormer, Spill Magazine, Little Fiction, and 49th Shelf. She is the author of various chapbooks ("Tristise," "Maybe," and "The Octopus Complex" - LyricalMyrical Press), a senior staff film critic at Next Projection, and founding editor of the film site These Girls On Film.com, and reviewer at Broken Pencil Magazine.
