The books are based in alaska AK (anchorage) about the woman named kennedy rae dawn (prevesly aponi-ayleen moon) the native american girl (also a vampire) who gives her soul to the vampire world so she can defend her fathers people. As we all know our blood sucking friends are imortal until deceased or murderd. We go through time , starting at 1655 when aponi (kennedy) is born.
