READ THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE A GIRL AND YOU HAVE STARTED YOUR PERIOD PLEASE READ AS I SAID VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!)hello mates, im currently on my period this week and they are the worst cramps i've had yet they were so unbearable i was writhing in pain all night long until i finally fell asleep the next day i got up did my school ( lol yes im homeschooled and proud of it, it meanssss i get to sleep in a lot) went thru the whole day and when it started getting dark and the pain came back and i was like no no no please no i ran downstairs took some Aleve and warmed my warmie pietro up (thats his name also i recomend getting a warmie they are amazinggg) and then went upstairs and started crying because the pain was horribleee and my dad and brothers were playing around and my dad saw me and he hugged me for a while and it was so nice then i got mad and super tired of the pain so i got up grabbed my computer and looked up how to releive the pain i went thru some of the things and i almost gave up until i saw can ilk really releive period cramps? OMG!!! I will forever recomend milk for period cramps it releived them straight away and i as so grateful i've never loved milk so much in my life! So if you are having a hard week like me please go grab some milk if you've got any it's a miracle worker. Thank you for reading if you did you'll be glad you did :)
