          Now you may be wondering, Jae we don’t remember you- or Jae wattpad sucks why are u making an announcement here. 
          
          I HAVE A GOOD FUCKING REASON ALRIGHT. First off, a lot of people have came over from my AO3.  Which is kinda slay lol. 
          
          Second! I have no reached the type of wattpad/ao3 writer category of having something absolutely insane happen to me in-between chapter updates. 
          
          Your resident fanfic writer moved to South Korea at 18 to run away from an abusive situationship that, in the fashion of nearly every single cliche Y/N fanfic, followed me and attempted to ruin my life here. 
          
          Fortunately my girlfriend and her very….scary… family…. saved me.
          
          YES I KNOW HOLY SHIT WHAT THE FUCK.
          
          Bo but for real, having to deal with a crazy Ex, moving across the world, and restarting my life, i ended up, in late 2024, stuck in a psych ward bed with a laptop for school.
          
          i wrote June’s story because of how much it related to me. June was me, in another world. Of course Straykids did not save me in my world they way they saved June, but they did enough.
          
          Now at 21, I’ve never been better. I’m not cured of my mental health, but i have the support team to help me here in Korea.
          
          What does this mean for my writings??
          
          I dont plan on updating, releasing, or editing anything. at least not on wattpad wink wink

Hello! I know you probably don't know me but this Sunday night I've been reading your book JUNE and I really loved it. I originally read it in AO3 but u couldn't find more chapters so I came here. I just wanted to say that for whatever reason your taking time off I hope you resolve it quickly and get back to writing!! It may seem selfishn but I enjoyed this book because the main character resembles me sm. I lived it with all my heart and if you'll see this and or continue the book I would be so grateful!! And I love your style when making it. It felt like I was feeling the emotions of the characters and u could genuinely be a professional writer if your not alr. If this was a physical book I would read it. And do an assignment on it. I love it sm and I hope you bring it back! And whatever's keeping you from writing I hope everything is going good on your end! Ig you do release a second part I will be the first to read and comment! And if you won't this comment will forever be unseen or uncared for. Nonetheless I loved this story and now you too. Thank you. This made me remember that I'm not alone with it.

IM ALIVE I SWEAR!! Ive been in michigan for a little bit, taking a break and enjoying my teen life! ill post chapters for JUNE and meraki this friday !!

          ive never been so thankful for the support and kindness ive recieved during the process of the rewriting. the new chapter dives into a topic i was scared to do, but as i said before, im rewriting for myself. a second book to meraki will be started once the first is done. diving into the underlining story i was to scared to do before. i hope everyone enjoys!
          
          in other news, my book August will be published soon. of course slowly, and a chapter will come out every two weeks, but im very excited to show off this project.
          
          i also started college this week, so everything ive said may be slightly delayed as i get used to the new atmosphere. so please, bare with me!
