          	My resolution is to fix that through dedication and paying attention. I'm always growing and trying to be better. ❤️

Chapter 1 of "Alien Vs. Predator: Slay and Conquer" is now up! I wrote a Predator fic a few months ago. I was gonna write a separate Xenomorph story. 
          
          Why not mix them together?  Make a more epic and violent story all around. I created my own Yautja OC, Kull (heavily inspired by Dek)

"Earth-2025" is my next yarn. 
          
          It's an action-adventure story with a lot of horror, blood, gore and my usual species / human relationships. 
          
          It's a bit Robert E. Howard, mixed Mass Effect and A Quiet Place.
          
          It will be self-published on Amazon since it's not just a short story, it's a bigger undertaking and it deserves its own platform.

Darak Story No. 8 is now complete! 
          
          A re-telling of the classic poem "Beowulf." Darak the Minotaur is one of my favorite original creations, it's always fun to go back to him. I also really like Charles, the secondary character. I hope you enjoy!

I'll never write epic fantasy. That genre is world building. I frankly don't care to write how the city is run or what political structure is in depth. 
          
          I write pulp adventure because it forces me to write a cool MC that goes through a lot in a short time while creating a cool world as a backdrop.

My Predator fan fiction, "Alliance" is now online in full! 
          
          For many years I've been wanting to put my stamp on the Predator franchise. It's my second favorite sci-fi series of all time and I feel like I have a good grasp on the world and how the Predators behave. 
          
          I saw the original film back when I was about 15. I liked it a lot-but I wasn't truly enthralled like I am now. 
          
          Fast forward to now, I'm 32 and I really have an appreciation for them. I love the culture, the warrior mentality, the code of honor, the design. I knew I'd have fun playing in this sandbox. Though, I never wrote my idea-which I've had since the first AVP movie came out way back in the early 2000s.  
          
          When I saw the trailer for "Predator: Badlands" it sparked something in me. I loved the new design of the creature, instead of the traditional dreadlocks, he had a ponytail. I incorporated that into my own OC. I didn't want to copy too much of what had been established. For my tale to work, I had to adapt the Predator. 
          
          Of course, I'm not retconning anything that's come before me. Rather, I'm inventing my own OC with a slightly different POV than most of his kind. Kull isn't a typical Predator, and you'll see why as you read. He does things 99% of his own kind would laugh at. But, I didn't want to copy any story either. So it's a fine line being true to the source material, while also inventing my own plot devices to make my Predator stand out.
          
          I also stayed away from human x creature stuff. Normally, that is my jam-but I didn't want this to read as a fan fic. I wanted this to really fit into the established Predator timeline. I didn't want to be too outlandish and sexual. That's not what Predator is to me. Though, I do add tiny flourishes of that stuff-just because it feels right and any casual Predator fan will be shocked at such statements.

Unlike 90% of my stories, "Parsons College" is a slice of life story. No blood, no high stakes. Just a professor x student romance. I think in these dark times, we could use some positive literature. Where light overcomes darkness. 
          
          The story will be on Kindle (Amazon) within the next few weeks.
