i’ve gone mia AGAIN but i am slowly returning, just wanting to let u all know i went and saw villanelle tonight and… well, definitely let down a little bit by my very brief interaction with gene but jack was really sweet and they all signed my poster for me however the show was definitely stolen by their opening act lissy taylor she was amazing and i’m now stalking her entire life so yeah, new chapter up in a couple of weeks fingers crossed, maybe about half way through and also LAST CHAPTER OF DEPRESSION THEN THE GOOD STUFF ARRIVES XOXOXO

i've been mia for a while now so i just thought i'd hop on here and update you all while i'm still feeling motivated enough! so pretty much college has completely wiped me out, as someone who places a lot of importance on my grades and performance, i've really struggled the past almost two months i've spent in this whole new educational environment. it didn't help matters that about three weeks ago i swapped colleges to a sixth form and have no had to catch up on about a month's worth of work either. from about seven am until five pm i'm out of the house then on weekends i'm working therefore it makes writing utopia avenue incredibly difficult for me and this back to school period has just sort of taken all motivation for writing out of me. HOWEVER HOWEVER HOWEVER I WILL NOT BE ABANDONING UTOPIA AVENUE, it's pretty much the opposite, all i do is think about jude and liam and the upcoming chapters and events so i'm promising you all that it WILL be finished and updated at some point. i'm currently writing the next chapter and hope to get it out before i go back to college next week because i feel so bad fr about leaving you guys hanging, so i'm incredibly sorry for like dropping off the face of the earth and i promise i'll get back to you all eventually and read all the new oasis fandom content i've missed because there's ALOT and i'm so excited to see what everyone's been getting up to. now ANYWAYs now all that boring stuffs out the way, i hope to maybe start updating more regularly again (if not every two weeks like i'm praying i can just get one out a month atp) and chatting to you all again, thanks again to everyone who's still been commenting on utopia avenue and supporting me!! your all very much appreciated <33333

just saw a justine and liam edit thing on my tiktok and i am this close to caving and making a oneshot for them on my ao3 it’s not even funny

doing some more in depth planning for the next chapter as i'm very behind (incredibly sorry, who would've thought college was hard and time-consuming?) but i was just wondering if you'd all like a little mix of pov's next chapter? a sprinkle of jude and a sprinkle of liam maybe? i'm not completely convinced yet if seeing some of the later events would be more effective from liam's or jude's perspective so you guys would really be the deciding factor here

update on utopia avenue chapter schedule:
          so, as some of my more dedicated readers might now, i've just started college and add on top of my work, finding time to write jude and liam is becoming incredibly hard HOWEVER i will most definitely not be abandoning utopia avenue it is my pride and joy so instead, i'm probably going to be pushing chapters to be once every fortnight rather than week as to not feel too pressured into writing which will ultimately meet to me procrastinating out of stress. i'm really sorry to do this however college is incredibly important to me and trust i WILL be locking in immediately. some better news however is that the next chapter is almost finished and with my two hour free periods tomorrow i'll definitely try and get it finished up and posted by tomorrow night! x
