I used to type so...lazily? No capitalization, no punctuation. But I suppose - since I saw it from the other side - somehow caps make typing more annoying. For instance, you see someone type in caps, you think, "Oh, well, this person must be obnoxious."
I don't quite know how this works, but it seems to be something everybody can relate to.
